We are , finally, in Christmas week.  Not long to wait for the expected One.  Not long to wait before we can open the presents Santa brought and have a great meal with friends and family.  Not long before … wait a minute.  I am forgetting why we are waiting so expectantly, the REAL reason.  If you remember the joyous anticipation of the coming of a new baby, you get the idea.  If you remember the wait for the most important date of you rife, you get the idea.  If you longed for something with the surety of happiness on the other end, you understand.  Today we only have to wait a few more days and the day of Jesus birth is here.  The day of Salvation will have arrived.  Our King will be in view.  The people who dwell in darkness will see a New Light.  Jesus will be born and the world will change forever.  Only a few more days… wait for it!  Read Psalm 130:5-6 and remember: God loves YOU unconditionally.
