Last Sunday we celebrated Easter, and we sang my favorite song, “Jesus Christ is Risen Today.”  I wish we would sing that song more often, but we reserve it for Easter. The sentiment of this song is how I feel all year long: Jesus is our risen Lord!  We should be shouting alleluia every chance we get.  When I think of all that he has done for us and all Jesus had to endure to save us, I realize the wonder of my salvation.

Read John 19.  We read this on Maunday Thursday. When we read it, I was struck anew with all that Jesus had to suffer and endure for us.  Since he has done all of this for us, how can we not praise and worship Him?!   Take a moment to reflect on what Jesus has done for you, and remember:  God loves YOU unconditionally!
