Love is a language you have to learn to speak.  Jesus said to love God and to love one another.  Love is the greatest gift and power we have.  We must learn to love God and others with our whole heart, even our enemies… and our family and friends.  We must learn to love like Jesus.  Jesus loved us so much he gave his life for us.  But how do we speak the language of love?  Treat others kindly, even when they do not treat you that way.  Befriend someone who is different than you and who you would not normally befriend.  Learn to trust and be trustworthy.  Be compassionate and empathetic.  Listen.  Forgive.  Help those in need when you can.  Spend time visiting the sick or lonely.  These are the beginning steps to learning the language of love.  Like any new language, you will need to practice often to speak it fluently.
