I was reflecting on all the things going on around us. A tumultuous primary season with prospects of more of the same in the upcoming election. The social unrest that seems to be an almost daily occurrence. In the midst of all of this, we are in a period of transition at Joy. While I was wondering about all the changes , I read this verse in Jerimiah 29:11 ” For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare [2] and not for evil, x to give you a future and a hope.”

We need to continually pray for the wisdom to listen to the Lord when God reveals his plans to us. God has great things in store for us and reading his word and prayers for his wisdom and leading are what we need to do, trusting in his leading. Read Jerimiah 29. Prepare for whatever the future brings! Remember that God loves you unconditionally!
