I am sitting here watching the warnings of an impending storm, along with all the admonitions to prepare now, even if the worst does not come.  I am reminded of the time Jesus reminds us to be prepared for his return.  I have a friend who says that it does matter when the last day is, because he is ready. We all need to live our lives with his same assurance. We need to have a good relationship with our Lord, and be ready.  One of my favorite verses in the bible is Revelations 3:20: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.”  We need to be ready and open that door!  Remember: God loves you unconditionally!
