Count it All Joy . . .

Oh boy!   Up at 4 a.m. with pain from my MS and terrible spasms.  First thoughts are “Oh no not another sleepless night.”  Then realize I am not alone. God is with me and comforting me. And, He will lead me to share His Word with others who are going through similar trials.

At these times, I remember that my Jesus suffered extreme pain and mental anguish, certainly more so than I will ever experience. So I will count my suffering as Joy. I know that after my final breath here, I will have everlasting life with God made possible by my Savior. This is why I do my best to help others who have problems: physical, mental, financial, marital or otherwise. I encourage them to turn to God in prayer and to seek the Spirits guidance in handling their difficulties. With His help, they may still remain upbeat and joyful.

As Christians we never fight alone, but with the help of our brothers and sisters in Christ. We have the promise of God He walks with us no matter what problems we face.  Count everything in this life as joy, knowing we have been redeemed by a loving Father through Jesus His Son. When this short life is over, we will live forever in bliss with Him.

Remember God Loves You unconditionally!
