Come and see what Mommy has for you . . . Come and see who’s here . . . Come and see . .
Often words of love spoken to a child. A call to them to come and see something wonderful, something that they didn’t expect, something they will really like!
Ah, isn’t that what Philip was saying to Nathanael . . . come and see . . . come and see for yourself. I have found Jesus of Nazareth, the one about whom Moses wrote. But this is so amazing, I really don’t expect you to believe me . . . so come and see for yourself!
We too have found this Jesus. This amazing very Son of God who actually hears us, walks with us, comforts us, and holds us close. We know that’s pretty unbelievable – no wonder the world looks askance at our faith.
We have just one answer . . . come and see! Come and see for yourself that this same Jesus loves YOU. He hears you. He forgives you. He loves you unconditionally! Come and see . . .

“Philip found Nathanael and told him, We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote – Jesus, the son of Joseph of Nazareth!
Can anything good come from there? Nathanael asked.
Come and see, said Phillip.”
John 1:45-46
Well said….we all need to be telling others to “come and see.” Thanks
