As I write this, I have just returned from a morning walk. The air was fresh thanks to last night’s rain. The sun was just coming over the horizon. A beautiful moment to breath deep and give thanks to God.

I was reminded of a song recorded by Guy Penrod. The chorus —

      “Breathe deep, breathe deep
      Moments like this are treasures to keep
      Listen close, look along
      Breath deep.”

So many little moments to treasure

The song of the bird

The fragrance of the flower

The blue of the sky

The hand of a loved one

Blessings flowing from the unconditional love of our Father

Breath deep my friend, give God the glory.
