God’s timing is God’s timing. Ours is not.

As I write this, the truth of God’s immaculate timing has struck home, again!

On the very morning that I write this, I awoke with much on my mind. Questions unanswered. Future plans uncertain. Just turn it all over to God, I said to myself. But myself failed to heed the advice – the stress level continued.

And then I opened the daily Joy Devotional Blog. The message was poignantly aimed straight to my heart. I read with tears in my eyes.

Did that particular devotion just “happen” to appear on that particular day. I think not. God in His infinite wisdom uses the musings of us mere mortals to reach out to us. He “knocks on the door” of our stubborn minds. “I’m still here! Do you hear me now?”

And so a day of worry was transformed to a day of gratitude for His presence. It became a day to remember that God is ALWAYS with us, a day to remember to say THANK YOU.

“He touched me, Oh He touched me
And oh the joy that floods my soul
Something happened and now I know
He touched me and made me whole.”

I pray that He touches you today with His love, for He loves you unconditionally!
