Whom Shall I Send?

One of my favorite hymns has such a simple but profound message. It’s a message of love, the love of the Father who hears the cries of His people. It’s a message of love, the love of the Father who longs to tend the hurting. And then the poignant question, “Whom shall I send?”

In this troubled time, our Father with his unconditional love hears the cries of the sick, the weary, the fearful, the oppressed. He longs to reach into their lives with healing. And again we hear him asking, “Whom shall I send?”

Will we reply in the words of the hymn? “Here I am Lord . . . I will go Lord.” The message speaks for itself. I hope you will enjoy.
