My daughter recently sent me some pictures of my 17 month old grandson Isaiah playing in the snow. I noticed that in all of the pictures he didn’t have any mittens on. Like any responsible grandparent, I asked my daughter why. She said that no matter how many times she puts them on, he keeps taking them off.  

In Ephesians 6:11, Paul says “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil”.  God has equipped us all with the proper clothing (armour) to live our lives in this world. We néed to wear that armor and fight off the things that get in the way of our relationship with Jesus Christ. We need to wear our mittens! Remember that God loves you unconditionally!
