Aw, how sweet is this precious new bundle of joy! The infant is so tiny. Stay with me….now the baby can roll over, sit up, has a few teeth, laughs, smiles, so many changes.

        Keep on the journey with me, growing pains and now you can read and write and make friends and study in school and perhaps need glasses or braces, so many changes.  Then puberty pops in and you develop into a handsome/lovely person with more feelings and emotions and maybe even cute hair, lol!  So many changes….you know where I am headed, romance may or may not tackle you, then family responsibilities and or jobs and their responsibilities, career, travel, chores, schedules, retirement and perhaps then the sagging skin, the wrinkles, the lack of hair or graying/white hair, the memories fading, fewer teeth or teeth that can be taken in and out…ah, so many changes. Your name can even change.

        The constant in this journey of CHANGE is our Lord and Savior:  Hebrews 13:8 states, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” Linger on this truth.  Our precious Lord will NEVER change.  He is there for you ALWAYS and NEVER changes His love for you. His love is unconditional. It is difficult to conjure up anything that is the same as yesterday, and will be the same tomorrow, and forever. How wonderful to know Jesus Christ as unchanging, available, believable, caring, and all powerful!
