Do you remember the tune that includes this….gray skies are goin’ clear up, put on a happy face?

Well, my friends, life is not always a bowl of cherries, as the expression suggests.  Sometimes, you are immersed in a bowl of shall I say “doo-doo?”  Meaning, life is not going so great, a situation is overwhelming and difficult. There are some who believe the sunny days, of wonderful times and fun are the days from God.  God created every day AND the gray skies.  The wonderful news is He is with you through each and every nano-second of your life, whether your personal skies are cloudy at the moment or you are basking in fun and good times.  He never leaves you or forsakes you…NEVER! We are humans, not AI robots. We create, by many of our decisions and thoughts, much of the chaos that surrounds us. Natural disasters are another blog topic, but your general day is comprised of your choice of thoughts, actions and reactions. Do you love your neighbor as yourself? Do you do unto others as you would have them do unto you? Do you turn the other cheek and forgive 7 x 70 times?

Nature will blow in another front to shoo those gray skies away. What are you going to do to put on a happy face? Make up is wonderful, but even it cannot hide a sour look or hard heart. Choose to live your life for Jesus.  He loves you unconditionally and wants to give you an abundant life. Open your heart, chase the gray from your mind, and embrace a God-led life of joy and comfort. You are NEVER alone, so let the SON-shine in!
