Actually, I am not talking about Satan or the stirrings of hell, as some may envision that scenario BELOW us.  What I am addressing is, in some areas, (my community included) we have power lines underground.

As I was walking today, and passed several small canister-like objects, I noted they were labeled ELECTRIC.  The electric, phone, gas lines etc. are all underground in my area.  Not only are the streets free of many connected poles and wires, but that is a lot of power underground.  POWERFUL power. Possibly explosive power. Some areas have all their fiber optic “stuff” underground, too.  As I walked along, contemplating this, I was thinking about all the power that was right under my feet.  Enough power to service a huge number of homes.  Totally beyond my scope of expertise.

Rounding the bend, heading toward home, I had a poignant thought.  The power that is in me from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is more powerful than any of those lines laying directly under my feet. Romans 8:10-11 “But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” My heart was full as I turned into my driveway.  I carry the Triune God in my heart and know I can do all things through Him. Now that’s POWER³ Invite Him into your heart and allow His power to prevail. He loves us unconditionally.
